Orders may need to be cancelled at any time due to: insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, or suspicion of a fraudulent intent. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, JSP shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the equal amount of the original purchase.

If an item purchased from JSP has been damaged during shipping, contact JSP as soon as possible so that we may sort out the problem and issue you a new item.

Returns: JSP cannot accept returns for items that have been used, but will accept returns for unused items.
